Laboratory
The Clinical Laboratory is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists. We provide testing services to all eligible beneficiaries on a walk-in basis. We collect and analyze patient specimens upon an authorized request from your Primary Care Manager or ordering provider.
Getting Lab Services
On-Base Providers: Your PCM will submit lab requests directly to the laboratory.
Off-Base Providers: A signed order form from your PCM or ordering provider is required. This can be faxed to 580-481-5196 or hand-carried by the patient.
Glucose Tolerance Test & Semen Analysis: These services are by appointment only.
Receiving Lab Results
Test results are sent directly to the ordering PCM. The laboratory does not provide results to patients or interpret results.
