We provide mental services for:
Non-active duty beneficiaries (TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Plus, TRICARE for Life) can receive care from a network provider without a referral or prior authorization. Find a network provider using the TriWest Beneficiary Portal.

Emergency Mental Health Care
If you are in crisis or at immediate risk of harm, walk-ins are welcome Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Outside these hours, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Signs of a Mental Health Emergency:
Active duty service members admitted to a hospital must inform their leadership. Leadership should contact the command post as soon as possible.
All other TRICARE beneficiaries should call TriWest at 888-874-9374 within 24 hours or on the next business day.

Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics
ANAM is a computer-based cognitive test that measures:
- Attention
- Memory
- Thinking Ability
ANAM assessments are conducted before deployment to establish a cognitive baseline and help doctors monitor brain function after a traumatic brain injury. Call 580-481-5376 to schedule an ANAM.
TRICARE Mental Health Coverage
TRICARE covers medically necessary mental health substance use treatment, including inpatient and outpatient care.
