How to Make an Appointment

This is an Active Duty only facility to include all branches, guard/reserve and TDY members on active orders for 30 days or more.

To make an appointment or for any other dental related questions please call the number listed and speak with our front desk personnel.

We will be closed on all federal holidays and family days.

Dental Options Outside of Military Dental Clinics

For dental care outside of a military dental clinic, TRICARE offers dental coverage for service members, families and survivors. Additionally, retired service members, their families and certain survivors may qualify to purchase dental coverage through the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program.
